CRANESIMULATOR

The STS/RTG crane simulator consists of:

  • Dynamic motion platform with 6-DOF
  • Crane operator Cabin with replica of interior and instrumentation
  • Instructor Console
  • Visual Display System comprising multi-point Projection System for maximum effectiveness
  • 3D modeling of the port surroundings

The simulator provides training for critical skills to crane operator crew under normal and exigent situations. The trainer is configured as a dual system providing simulation of both Ship to Shore (STS) and Rubber Tyre Gantry (RTG) Cranes in a single unit.
